- Beginning 7/28/2008, the 820am and 1220pm outbound departure from Binghamton University will go to WSKG on Gates Rd by request only. The inbound departure from Washington Ave Endicott at 1130am and 430pm will go to WSKG. 8/21/2008 Buses will hold time at the BU power plant and turn around at the Univerity circle and exit via Bunn Hill.
